Cancellations and Delays

Delay and Cancellation Information can be found using the following methods:

Check the Western Beaver County School District Website
Check Local Television and Radio Stations

Parents will also be notified of Delay and Cancellation Information using the following method:

Western Beaver County School District uses a one-call system through Global Connect. This system uses the phone number parents provide through the district’s student management system. Global Connect only calls the primary phone number available in the student management system. If your primary home phone number changes please notify the office in the building your child attends.

2 Hour Delay Modified Pre-Kindergarten Schedule

Pre-Kindergarten Begins at 10:30 AM (students ride the AM elementary bus run)
Pre-Kindergarten is dismissed at 3:00 PM (students follow normal dismissal procedures)

2 Hour Delay Modified Vo-Tech (CTC) Schedule

A.M. Vo-Tech is cancelled
Vo-Tech student who drive must report to school by 11:00 AM
Vo-Tech students who ride the bus report to the office.
