Pre-K Program 2011-2012

Eligibility Applications are available!

The Western Beaver County School District will continue offering a Pre-Kindergarten class at Fairview Elementary School for the upcoming 2011-2012 school year. If your child is 4 years old, prior to September 1, 2011, and would like to be considered for enrollment in our program, Eligibility Applications are now available online or at Karin Pilarski’s office located in Fairview Elementary School.

When the Eligibility Application is complete, please attach a copy of your child’s birth certificate and income verification (recent pay stub(s) or W-2 form(s), and submit it to Karin Pilarski’s office located in Fairview Elementary School.
