Fall Into Reading

Fall Into Reading in association with Title I Reading took place on September 21, 2005 at the Fairview Elementary School Library. Shannon Koehler, Courtney Dusold, and Christina Johnson decided to do something educational and fun while Title I parents attended the meeting. The children that came were read stories and did a craft. This year, we read The Leaf Man to the younger group, and a series of short stories to the older group. The activity was a door hanger with a tree on it that said “Leaf Me Alone I’m Reading”, and they got to put sticker leaves on them. Approximately, 15 children attended ranging from 2-9 years old.
