The Western Beaver County School District is located in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Nearly 1,000 students from Industry, Ohioville, Glasgow, and Midland make up our student body. Western Beaver has some suburban areas but is mostly rural in nature. It is located just off the Beaver Valley Expressway (Route 60).
Snyder Elementary School was named after Mr. Ray W. Snyder, a former Industry teacher who became superintendent. The school was dedicated in 1960.
Currently Snyder School holds classes for nearly 140 fifth and sixth grade students. Although the smallest of the three buildings, Snyder Elementary impacts the future of its students by offering a standards based education in a friendly environment.
