ANNOUNCEMENTS

• COMMUNITY SERVICE

  • (Grades 9, 10 & 11) : Community Service verification sheets for the 2024/25 school year are due September 2, 2025. Career Cruising requirements for each grade level MUST be completed by the end of each school year.

  • (Grades 9, 10 & 11) : Community Service verification sheets for the 2025/26 school year are due September 1, 2026.

  • (SENIORS ONLY): All Community Service verification sheets and Career Cruising MUST be completed/submitted by Thursday, April 2nd, 2026.

• TESTING:

  • The SAT Prep Course is being offered to any junior interested in taking the SAT's. The course is six weeks long, meeting after school two days per week, one hour each day. The course runs from 2/10-3/19, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 2:30-3:30pm. The cost of the course is $40. Juniors must sign up by January 24th.

  • SAT's will be offered to any interested junior on Wednesday, April 1st at Western Beaver High School. The cost is $68, cash only. Students must register in the high school office by February 13th.

  • SAT's will be offered to any interested senior on Wednesday, October 15th at Western Beaver High School. The cost is $68, cash only. Students must register in the high school office by September 12th.

  • The PSAT's will be offered to any interested junior on Wednesday, October 29th at Western Beaver High School. The cost is $20, cash only. Students must register in the high school office by September 12th.

• KEYSTONES:

  • Winter Keystones: December 9th (Biology), December 10th (Algebra) and December 11th (Literature)

  • Spring Keystones: May 18th (Biology), May 19th (Algebra) and May 20th (Literature)

• CCBC & BCCTC ENROLLMENT:

  • Any sophomore interested in applying to any of the six CCBC Academies, applications must be submitted to the Guidance Office by Wednesday, April 1st.

  • Any freshman (cosmetology only) or sophomore interested in applying to the Beaver County Career and Technology Center, online applications must be submitted by Wednesday, April 1st to be considered.

• PSSA's (Grades 6-8) - April 21 & 22 (ELA), April 28 (Math), and April 29 (Science -8th Only)

• SENIORS:

  • Senior Exit Interviews are Friday, May 15th at 8am.

  • Senior Walk is on Friday, May 29th at 9am.

  • BCCTC graduation is on Friday, May 22nd at 12:30pm.

  • Graduation is on Thursday, June 4th at 6pm.
