Western Beaver County School District
One to One Technology Plan
The WBCSD is offering a one to one technology plan for every student district-wide, grades K-12.
For students in Grades K-3:
It is assumed that all students will be participating and purchasing a device through the district’s technology service agreement of $50 for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1” device. If you wish to purchase a personal device or have a financial hardship, please contact Mr. Busby at the Fairview Elementary office at 724.643.9680.
For students in Grades 4-12:
Each student will be required to have a device. The district provides the option for each student to purchase a device through the district’s technology service agreement. This agreement will allow each student to receive an HP Chromebook at an annual cost of $75 for the initial student and $35 for any additional student in the household. If you wish to purchase a yearly service agreement, please complete the form by accessing the link below or visiting westernbeaver.org. For any questions, please contact the high school office at 724.643.8500.
Just a reminder that PreK screening will be held July 27th-31st at Fairview Elementary School, at your assigned appointment time. Please remember to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Clicking the link below will take you to the WB Phased Reopening Health and Safety Plan. This is one step in the process of reopening our school for the 2020-2021 academic year. This plan will continue to change and evolve as the COVID-19 Pandemic continues to unfold over the next 6-8 weeks prior to the anticipated opening of school. Please continue to watch for any future updates that are posted to the website and app. https://www.westernbeaver.org/o/wbsd/page/phased-school-reopening-health-and-safety-plan-wbcsd
As the Western Beaver County School District continues to plan for the reopening of schools in the fall of 2020, obtaining data from district families remains a critical aspect of the process. Embedded in the link below, you will find access to a short survey that will give the district better insight on topics such educational delivery options, transportation plans and technology needs. You can access the survey at
The district asks that you please review and complete the survey by Friday, July 17th at 3pm. Failure to complete the survey will result in your child automatically being scheduled in a traditional classroom setting. We appreciate your patience, cooperation and insight as we begin to finalize our plans for public release.
